The Cookery Course

Try this amazing experience and cook with a real Italian chef, who will teach you Italian recipes, with simple steps and useful advice. You may expect at the end of cooking lesson to be able to cook some very good Italian courses. Find out all you need to know on basic doughs, from egg pasta to puff pastry, and on meat, from the cuts to the cooking methods, and start cooking from the very beginning with fresh basic ingredients.

Within the walls of this family-run traditional Italian restaurant, you’ll learn how to make pasta the authentic way: with your own hands and a rolling pin. These will be your only utensils to make what is the pride and joy of Italian cuisine. Moreno, the chef, will be your teacher and show you in simple and easy stages how to prepare delicious dishes. A fluent English speaker, his lessons are enlivened with stories and anecdotes and the morning is rounded off with chef and students alike seated around the dining table laden with the dishes made earlier.

Price per person: Adult €65; Child 32,50 (ferry boat transfers included)
